Competition Guidelines

1. Competition Format

Registration for the Competitions should be done by 1 October 2022.
Once registered, no refunds will be entertained.

Preliminary Round: 7 August – 15 October 2022 (according to region)

▪ Americas (Canada, USA, Mexico, South America, etc) – LIVE on 7 August 2022 @ New Jersey, USA
▪ South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, etc) – LIVE on 9 October 2022 @ Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA
▪ South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, etc) – LIVE on 15 October 2022 @ Chennai, INDIA

Note:
For those who are not able to be present physically for the LIVE competition, you may submit your entries via video recording.

▪ Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, etc) – RECORDED SUBMISSION
▪ East Asia, Central Asia, West Asia & Australasia (China, Japan, Korea, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Australia & New Zealand) – RECORDED SUBMISSION

All recorded submission must reach us by 1 October 2022.

– Top 10 Individuals/Group from each region, will be selected for Global Finals (based on Judges discretion)

– In the event, for a particular category, the judges decide that no contestant from a particular region qualifies for the next round, then no contestant from that region will be selected for the Finals.

For Creative Categories
– Multimedia, Craft, Visual Art, Photography – Entries need to be submitted by 1 October 2022. Winners will be selected at this round and announced during Competitions Results Announcement in November 2022.
– Fancy Dress and Role Play – Competitions will follow regional dates and mode.
Top 3 will be competing at the Global Finals.

Global Finals: 26 & 27 November 2022 (ONLINE)
– Competitions schedule will be set by the Organiser.
– Live Online performance via Youtube with live judging
– 5 winners will be selected per category

2. Competition is open to participants globally.

3. Age Groups

4. Traditional attire is recommended for the competitions.

5. Participants will be contacted for prize claims within 14 working days after the official announcement of winners.

6. All participants will be awarded e-Certificate of Participation. Winners will be awarded an additional e-Certificate of Achievement.

7. Prizes per Category

Individual

1st Prize  :    RM100 + e-Certificate of Achievement

2nd Prize :   RM70  +  e-Certificate of Achievement

3rd Prize  :   RM50 +  e-Certificate of Achievement

4th Prize  :   e-Certificate of Achievement

5th Prize  :   e-Certificate of Achievement

Group

1st Prize  :     RM300 + e-Certificate of Achievement

 2nd Prize :   RM200  + e-Certificate of Achievement

3rd Prize  :   RM100 + e-Certificate of Achievement

4th Prize  :   e-Certificate of Achievement

5th Prize  :   e-Certificate of Achievement

 

8. Decision of the judges will be final and no appeal will be entertained at any level.

  • Participation in the competition implies that participants accept these rules. Non-compliance with the rules results in the automatic cancellation of the participation in the competition and of the candidacy for the prize.

  • The Organiser will be able to, at any point in time, notably for technical reasons or for updates and maintenance, interrupt access to its website and the competition it contains.
  • The Organiser will in no case be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation can be claimed on these grounds.
